At Fort Pure, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact (where applicable)
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at Support@fortpure.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@fortpure.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at Support@fortpure.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

If you have questions about whether a specific item is returnable, please reach out before placing your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original (following the process above) and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
